We want you to be satisfied with your order from the official TRIGGERnometry store.
All products are made to order, which means they are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our returns process is structured slightly differently from traditional retail.

📅 30-Day Returns Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
🔄 No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or product, please:
- Submit a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
This allows us to process requests faster and avoid delays.
🛠 How to Start a Return (Self-Serve Returns)
Returns can be completed directly by you using our self-serve returns portal.
Please follow the steps below carefully:
Step 1: Go to the Website
Visit the official TRIGGERnometry store.
Step 2: Access Your Account
Click the Account icon in the top navigation menu (usually located in the top right corner of the website).
If you are on mobile, open the menu and select Account.
If you placed your order without creating an account:
- Click Log In
- Enter the same email address used at checkout
- You will receive a login code via email
Step 3: Log In to Your Account
- Enter your email address
- Use the one-time login code sent to your inbox
- Access your order history
Step 4: Select the Order
Once logged in:
- Click on the order you wish to return
- Select Request Return
Step 5: Choose Items & Reason
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose the reason for return
- Submit the request
If your return is eligible, instructions will be provided immediately.
Step 6: Ship the Item Back
- Follow the return instructions provided
- Package the item securely
- Ship using a tracked service
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
📦 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
If confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
🌍 International Returns
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs documentation
- Any applicable duties
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
Because all items are made to order, personalised or custom items may not be eligible for cancellation under applicable consumer laws.
