Every product is made to order — created specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and offer global delivery while keeping the range fresh.

🛠 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Because every item is produced on demand, your order enters production immediately after checkout. Once production is complete, it is packaged and dispatched from one of our global fulfilment partners.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

🌍 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom - Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe - Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • 🇺🇸 United States - Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

🌎 Rest of World

Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

Please note: Delivery time estimates begin after the 1–2 business day processing period.

📦 Where Orders Ship From

We work with trusted fulfilment partners in multiple regions around the world. Orders are produced and shipped from the location closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

This helps:

  • Reduce shipping times
  • Minimise international customs delays
  • Lower environmental impact

Because items are made to order, some multi-item orders may ship separately.

 

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

For international orders outside your region, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
